The covered outdoor area ( 100 square meters ) embraces the structure on three sides and is equipped with shower with hot and cold water placed in the most secluded area of the backyard . So you can organize lunches and dinners with a fantastic glimpse of the port of La Caletta , or enjoy a moment of relaxation after a day under the beautiful sun of Sardinia .

The country offers attractions and entertainment for all tastes and ages:
- kids are entertained between rides and trampolines placed just a few steps from the house;
- romantics, however, will take advantage of the wonderful walk along the harbour which, starting from the area in front of the house, accompanied to the Spanish tower of St. Giovanni;
- For those who love fishing, the "spiaggia grande" beach it is one of the most famous for surf-casting and beach- ledgering. Those who prefer the bottom fishing, trolling or deep sea fishing will find easily boat rentals and organised fishing trips.

The house is located next to the main street where every summer evening is a festival with stalls , typical Sardinian products , sweets , children's games, music , bars , restaurants , pizzerias and ice cream shops open until late.
The house , however, is located on a side private road so as to ensure guests added peace of mind in the home.
